SUPPORTER / LISTENER AGREEMENT

1. Role of a Supporter/Listener

Listeners provide active listening, empathy, and emotional support. They DO NOT provide medical advice, psychiatric diagnosis, or professional therapy.

2. Listener Obligations

• Maintain strict confidentiality of user conversations.
• Interact with users respectfully and empathetically.
• Report any instances of abuse, self-harm threats, or platform violations to BestyTalk administration immediately.
• Complete any mandatory training or onboarding provided by BestyTalk.

3. Compensation (If Applicable)

Details regarding compensation, payout structures, and payment schedules for Listeners will be communicated separately and are subject to change at BestyTalk's discretion.

4. Independent Contractor Status

Listeners are independent contractors, not employees of VOXFUSION TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Listeners are responsible for their own taxes and equipment.

5. Termination of Listener Status

BestyTalk reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Listener's account at any time, with or without cause, particularly in cases of policy violation or user complaints.

A. Platform Disclaimer

BestyTalk provides a platform for connection. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, efficacy, or safety of any advice or information provided by Listeners.

B. User Generated Content Policy

Users and Listeners are solely responsible for the content they generate (messages, audio). BestyTalk reserves the right to review and remove content that violates these Terms, including hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, or illegal material.

C. Content Moderation

While BestyTalk is not obligated to monitor all communications, we reserve the right to review chats or recordings if a report is filed or if automated systems flag potential violations for safety and compliance purposes.

D. Safety & Abuse Reporting

Users must report any abusive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct by a Listener or another User immediately through the platform's reporting tools.

E. No Guarantee of Matching

BestyTalk does not guarantee that a User will find a suitable Listener or that a Listener will receive a specific volume of calls or chats.

F. Termination Without Liability

BestyTalk may terminate or suspend the platform or any individual account without prior notice or liability for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
