Child Safety Policy

1. PURPOSE

This Child Safety Policy explains the standards Voxfusion Technologies (OPC) Private Limited applies to protect children and prevent misuse of the BESTYTALK platform. BESTYTALK is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old, but the Company maintains these standards to address any child safety concern that may be reported or detected.

2. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION

The Company has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking of children, or any content or conduct that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes a child.

Users, agents, and other platform participants must not upload, share, request, create, describe, promote, distribute, store, threaten to distribute, or attempt to obtain CSAM or any other exploitative content involving a child. Attempts to move conversations off-platform for child exploitation or child safety harm are also prohibited.

3. AGE RESTRICTION

BESTYTALK is an adult-only service. Individuals under 18 years old are not permitted to register, use sessions, provide agent services, or participate in platform interactions. If the Company learns that a minor account exists, it may suspend or delete the account and take any additional action required for safety, compliance, or legal reasons.

4. REPORTING CHILD SAFETY CONCERNS

Users can submit reports of child safety concerns through the in-app support, complaint, or reporting channels made available by BESTYTALK. Reports may also be sent to the Company at info@bestytalk.in.

When reporting, users should provide the relevant account, session, message, screenshot, transaction, or other details available to them. Users must not forward or redistribute suspected CSAM except as required by law or requested by lawful authorities.

5. REVIEW AND ENFORCEMENT

The Company may review reports, session metadata, complaint records, account details, and other relevant records to investigate child safety concerns. Depending on the circumstances, the Company may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, block access, preserve evidence, notify payment or infrastructure providers, and report matters to lawful authorities or other legally required channels.

The Company may act immediately where it reasonably believes there is a risk to a child, evidence of CSAE or CSAM, grooming, threats, coercion, trafficking, or misuse of the platform.

6. USER AND AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES

All users and agents must follow this policy, the applicable terms and conditions, privacy policies, and platform safety rules. Users and agents must not solicit personal details from minors, impersonate minors, encourage minors to use the platform, or use BESTYTALK to contact, groom, exploit, threaten, blackmail, or harm any child.

7. DATA HANDLING

The Company may process information connected to child safety reports to review the report, protect users, enforce platform policies, comply with legal obligations, cooperate with lawful authorities, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain safety records. Related data handling is also governed by the applicable BESTYTALK privacy policy.

9. POLICY UPDATES

The Company may update this Child Safety Policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates the current version. Continued use of BESTYTALK after an update may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
